Industrial ozone generator, water-cooled, capable of operating from either LOX or PSA. It features PLC control with a touch screen interface. Ozone production of 2 KgO3/h, at 150g/Nm3 concentration. 15kW.

This high-efficiency ozone generator features a borosilicate dielectric and requires an oxygen supply to produce ozone, which can be sourced from either a liquid oxygen tank (LOX) or an oxygen concentrator (PSA). Built to be robust, durable, and reliable, capable of operating 24 hours a day. Achieves high ozone concentrations with an efficient electrical consumption rate. Constructed with top-quality components and mounted on a sturdy metal base, it is designed for plug-and-play operation.

The system is equipped with powerful SIEMENS PLC featuring a 7″ touch screen, along with capabilities for data logging and remote access. Real-time control via a VPN router. Additionally, the equipment includes a valve for the automatic regulation of ozone flow and is fitted with comprehensive pneumatic and hydraulic control instrumentation.

What are the applications?

This ozone generator is engineered for powerful wastewater purification and disinfection treatments in wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), as well as for drinking water treatments in drinking water treatment plants (DWTP). Additionally, it is utilized in bleaching processes within the textile and paper industries and is also applied in fish farms, aquariums, lake recovery projects, and irrigation water systems, among other uses.

How it Operates

When the ozone generator receives a start command, it activates the inlet valve to allow oxygen to flow into the system, maintaining the desired range of oxygen pressure. Once the pressure stabilizes, the oxygen is channeled into the ozone generation system. Here, the oxygen is subjected to a strong electric field, transforming it into ozone—a highly reactive and oxidizing gas. The flow of ozone is continuously monitored by a gas flowmeter and adjusted to the set value. The power output of the equipment, measured in kilowatts, can be manually adjusted on the touch screen or remotely via an external 4-20mA signal.

For safety, the generator is equipped with protective features. If there is no water flow, oxygen flow, or if the cooling temperature exceeds safe limits, the system will trigger an alarm and shut down to prevent any damage or hazard.

The GRV Series ozone generation technology is based on high-frequency corona discharge, with a 50,000V-resistant borosilicate dielectric. It works with voltages from 5,000 to 10,000v, and at a frequency of higher than 5khz. Made of materials with high resistance to ozone, 316L stainless steel, Viton and Teflon gaskets.
